A basic timing outline of the standardized service would be as follows:

Commercial(s) and creative brief, questionnaire and sample requirement input to MVR

Questionnaire modified and reviewed/approved by client

Wednesday, 5:00 p.m. (EST)

Viewpoint Forum panelists' recruit prepared  
Interview programmed, commercials inserted

Thursday - Friday

E-mail recruitment invites

Friday

Study in cyberfield Saturday - Monday
Preparation of data begins Day following field completion
E-mail of topline to client, data tables emailed following day 24 hours after data is processed

Final report

1 week after data table delivery
